Therapy at Opalite

Who I work with

Teens

Between school, friendships, and other people’s expectations, it can be hard to figure out what you think about yourself. Therapy gives us time to talk about that.

I help teens work on anxiety, self-esteem, difficult experiences, and relationships. We’ll talk about what matters to you, along with privacy and caregiver involvement.

Young adults

There can be a lot of pressure to know who you are and what you want next. You might be figuring out independence, relationships, school, work, or how to make decisions without second-guessing yourself.

We can work on anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, and the experiences that still affect how you see yourself. You don’t need a clear plan before we start talking.

Therapy for women

You might be feeling anxious, questioning yourself, or noticing that you’re much kinder to other people than you are to yourself. We can work on understanding those patterns and changing how you respond to them.

I help women with self-esteem, trauma, relationships, and boundaries. I’ll listen, ask questions, and work with you on changes that matter to you.

Children & parent support

I work with children on anxiety, friendships, self-esteem, and difficult experiences. Talking, art, sand tray, and play can all be part of that work, depending on what fits your child.

I also meet with caregivers to talk through what’s happening at home and how to support their child or teen.

A brain-and-body perspective

Neuroscience helps inform how I understand attention, emotions, stress, and the nervous system. We may notice body cues, explore sensory needs, or practice grounding and movement. I’ll explain why we’re trying something and check in about how it feels for you.
