To ask about an appointment, email me or call 832-900-0653. Let me know whether you’re looking for yourself or your child and a little about what you need help with. I aim to respond within three business days.

Your first appointment

We’ll talk about what brought you in, your history, and what you’d like to work on. For children, we’ll also discuss caregiver involvement and any documents needed to confirm consent for treatment.

A consultation call

We can talk about what you’re looking for, whether my approach feels like a fit, and any questions you have. We’ll also discuss availability, session fees, and payment before you schedule your first appointment.

If cost is a concern, please ask about reduced-fee availability.

Payment & insurance

Opalite is self-pay and does not submit insurance claims. I can provide a superbill if you want to request reimbursement from your plan. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your benefits.

Credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted, subject to card approval. The card on file is charged the morning of your appointment.
