Feel more like yourself.
Therapy for children, teens, young adults, and women in Richmond, Texas.
For the worry, self-doubt, and difficult experiences that can make it hard to feel good about who you are.
Hi, I’m Kelly.
I work with children, teens, young adults, and women on ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem. I want to help you understand what’s been hard and feel more comfortable being yourself.
My style is warm, honest, and creative. I want to understand what’s been hard for you and what you hope will change. We can talk, use art or play, and laugh when something is funny. I care about you feeling comfortable enough to tell me what you actually think.
I draw on neuroscience to help make sense of how attention, stress, emotions, and the body affect daily life. We can notice those connections together and explore what helps you feel more settled and more confident in yourself.
Support for everyday challenges
You might be dealing with school, friendships, family expectations, or figuring out what comes next. You don’t need to have it all sorted out before coming to therapy.
I work with children, teens, and young adults. We can talk, use creative activities, and find a way of working that fits your age and what you need.
A kinder relationship with yourself.
If you spend a lot of time second-guessing yourself or worrying about letting people down, I’d like to help. We can look at where those patterns started and practice making decisions with more trust in yourself.
I work with young adults and women on self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, and relationships, including the uncomfortable parts of setting boundaries.

Why Opalite?
I chose Opalite for what it represents to me: creating your own happiness. In my work, that includes helping you recognize what you value about yourself and make room for what matters to you.
Sometimes that starts small, like speaking up, trying something new, or being a little less hard on yourself.
